“Hello, I am a senior in high school and I was thinking about my prom so I looked into LalaMira and made the mistake to research if they were really good. After doing my payment which came up to 200 dollars, I received the dress two weeks later and the dress was no where near what I wanted in the picture. I tried to return the dress and they told me that since there was nothing wrong with the dress I could not return it. They even brought their policy into the argument saying that “in our policy it says that if there is nothing wrong with the dress the customer can not return the dress” which is a lie because no where near in the policy does it say that. It says “if the customer is unsatisfied with the dress they can return the dress” but now I can’t because there is “nothing wrong” with the dress. If I were you I would not look into LalaMira. They are frauds and their number does not even work. They are stealing and not giving our money back. Someone should put an end to this. As you can see in the first picture that is the dress I wanted and in return got the second picture...”
“I now see that the reviews on their site are just as fake as them. My dress came, the material was super shiny like a trash bag and the slit was all the way up to right below my breast...so whole stomach is out. The return policy states that you have to return within 7 days you just have to let them know so they can initiate it. I did that and their response was to send pictures... they wont proceed without pictures, no problem...sent them pictures within the hour. They had the audacity to respond saying I should have used my common sense cause no product is exactly like the picture and if I dont like it to sale it to a friend and thanks for understanding....uuumm no sir, there is no understanding. I am currently still going back and forth with them, and they continue to refuse to give me their corporate office information. I have gotten my bank involved, sent them all the messages and now just waiting to see what happens. I cant believe this smh PLEASE DO NOT RISK IT!!!!!!”
“I paid for a wedding dress and a pair of shoes, the website took the money twice, i sent them my measurements and paid the customization fee, 3 weeks after I only received the shoes, i emailed them asking for my dress and they replied saying I didn’t play for it, after I checked my bank statement I saw two different payments to them, I requested a refund or a dress and I never again hear back from them.
Also I emailed them in different occasions with questions about the order and they never replied.
Very bad customer service, I feel like they stole my money and ruined one of the most important moments of my life!

Emailed them about returning and I was told since I was ordering online I shouldn’t expect it to look like the picture … they refused to accept my return. The dress I got looks like a cheaply made Halloween costume. I do not recommend using this site at all. Wish I had never ordered from here. Terrible service.”
“I very rarely write reviews but I feel so strongly about this company and I don't want the same to happen to anyone else.
We ordered a dress which looked beautiful on the website, it took ages to arrive and went to the Post Office and then we had to collect it. As soon as we opened the box we realised that the dress was terrible quality, it looked like curtain lining, was screwed up and inside out. The dress looked nothing like the website and to top it off there were stains on the back, like someone had worn it! Within 2 days we contacted La La Mira for a return and heard nothing. I then emailed them a week later to be told that it was out of the 7 day return policy. I emailed to ask them to look at their system to see that we did contact them to arrange a return to be told again that we were out of the 7 day return policy. I emailed again to explain that I was appalled by the customer service and I had spent £115 in good faith on a dress that we are now stuck. Their reply and I quote was " keep the dress or just sell it' I know that I won't get my money back, even though I have contacted my bank to try, although I will not give up! I would just like to prevent other people from losing their hard earned money. The people that run this site should be ashamed of themselves . PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.”

I've been trying to return the dress I got becuase it didn't fit me right and they won't allow me to return it and no where in their policy does it state that they cannot accept my return. They just want to keep your money and they don't listen to your reasons they just keep saying they are sure they made the right dress and that they can't take back the dress whatsoever. It's annoying that I spent $117 on a dress I can't even wear. I just wish they would refund me at least part of my money for all the trouble their customer service has been. There is no phone number to communicate. This company is a rip off. Why wasn't there a return label in the box any just in case I needed to return it.”
“My daughter in law bought from here. The dress wrong size, out of shape like 2 different sizes between left and right. They refused refund, however, we cited the consumer rights act and was able to get a refund through her bank card. The bank did not want to refund either but we kept pushing and threatened to get the ombudsman involved so they sent our complaint to the relevant department and they refunded immediately on condition the wedding dress was donated to a charity shop. Fair enough as people could try it on and see what they were buying... great if you had the skill to adapt it!
Don't buy from Lalamira, but if you've been caught out, ask for your refund, and if (when) they wont give you your money back, go to your bank card provider and ask if they can help. Check the terms of your credit agreement and keep pushing.”
“Customer service is horrible, they make all their customers ask for a “return product form” so they can decline and say no to returns. They don’t follow their returns and refund policy. Customer service says the same thing “it wasn’t our fault. The correct size was sent out” meaning they got the correct size that people order and send them out and with that they don’t have to accept. So doing their job is what won’t get you a refund. More people need to be aware of these scams. Read reviews on companies before buying so you don’t have to go through this same mistake.”

“This company has horrible customer service. They do not honor their return policy. I personally was not satisfied with the quality of my dress , and initiated a return the same day it was delivered. They emailed me back and forth with excuses & you cannot call to speak with someone verbally. If I could give them zero stars I would. Stay away from this website and do not waste your time, because taking a chance and ordering from online pictures, you will be stuck with an item you don't want forever. They even suggested that I resell the dress to a friend or consignment store.”
“DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a dress from their website and it did not fit me, came wrong size and also broken zip. I contacted them for return as they don't provide you return address however the respond I got via email "Sell it locally unfortauntely we don't get refunds". However if you check their website their return policy, you have to contact them wihtin 14 days of delivery which I contacted them same day the dress was delivered.
I highly don't recommend you to purchase anything on this website. Don't believe the photos, the dresses are totally different compared to photo. It is disgusting customer service!!!

One of my bust are way bigger than the other one because they have it sowed very odd. I have been emailing them to get my refund and they keep telling me there is nothing wrong with the dress. To keep it and just sell it! Wow!!! I’ve asked to speak to the owner and they will not give me the contact information! Beware if you want to do returns. I am very displeased with this company. “I would not even give this company one star, they are a scam and their product look absolutely nothing like the picture displayed!! I ordered a white dress that took over three weeks to get here (but that’s beside the point). I received the dress that looked absolutely nothing like the picture, was a cheap piece of fabric and was LIGHT PURPLE!!! I contacted them within hours of receiving the dress and was told that It is “common sense” when online shopping that the dress may not look like the picture displayed and they refuse to give me a refund, as stated in their email it is not fair for them to take responsibility for this!!
