Hello, I am a senior in high school and I was thinking about my prom so I looked into LalaMira and made the mistake to research if they were really good. After doing my payment which came up to 200 dollars, I received the dress two weeks later and the dress was no where near what I wanted in the picture. I tried to return the dress and they told me that since there was nothing wrong with the dress I could not return it. They even brought their policy into the argument saying that “in our policy it says that if there is nothing wrong with the dress the customer can not return the dress” which is a lie because no where near in the policy does it say that. It says “if the customer is unsatisfied with the dress they can return the dress” but now I can’t because there is “nothing wrong” with the dress. If I were you I would not look into LalaMira. They are frauds and their number does not even work. They are stealing and not giving our money back. Someone should put an end to this. As you can see in the first picture that is the dress I wanted and in return got the second picture...
