My daughter in law bought from here. The dress wrong size, out of shape like 2 different sizes between left and right. They refused refund, however, we cited the consumer rights act and was able to get a refund through her bank card. The bank did not want to refund either but we kept pushing and threatened to get the ombudsman involved so they sent our complaint to the relevant department and they refunded immediately on condition the wedding dress was donated to a charity shop. Fair enough as people could try it on and see what they were buying... great if you had the skill to adapt it! Don't buy from Lalamira, but if you've been caught out, ask for your refund, and if (when) they wont give you your money back, go to your bank card provider and ask if they can help. Check the terms of your credit agreement and keep pushing.
