This company has horrible customer service. They do not honor their return policy. I personally was not satisfied with the quality of my dress , and initiated a return the same day it was delivered. They emailed me back and forth with excuses & you cannot call to speak with someone verbally. If I could give them zero stars I would. Stay away from this website and do not waste your time, because taking a chance and ordering from online pictures, you will be stuck with an item you don't want forever. They even suggested that I resell the dress to a friend or consignment store.
