“Ordered a dress for my daughters homecoming. She is very tiny and we were able to order it in a custom size. It was ordered, made, shipped and delivered in less than 2 weeks. The dress is beautifully made and fits perfect. They did question the measurements I sent in, I confirmed that yes she is that little. Customer service was great.”
“They have beautiful dresses. I ordered one and the quality was great. So I ordered three more dresses, but I never received them. They shipping company said they delivered it, but I don’t know who they delivered it to. When I contacted them to let them know I did not get my dresses they were no help. Not only did I end up losing money, but I ended up spending more money to get another dress for an important event.”

They took my money and when I did not receive the dress I checked the status and it says I did not pay for it; however my bank activity shows they withdrew the money from my account, when I tried calling them I come to find out they are located in the UK. They have not responded to my emails! Do not buy from them!!! They will take your money!!!”
“DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! !I would give it zero stars if i could! I would highly advise you not to purchase anything from this company. I bought this dress and it doesn't fit at all like the sizing guide says it will. Runs smalls. The fabric is cheap and I would not want to wear this in a wedding. Not worth the price. I tried to return it and they wouldn't let me. I tried to get a phone number to speak to someone/manager and they wouldn't give me one and said they don't take calls. And now they have stopped responding to my emails all together. It ships internationally via dhl and requires a signature upon delivery. Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible products!”
“I cannot believe how terrible the customer service has been for a dress I purchased. I ordered two flower girl dresses. One which had unequal shoulder straps that had to be corrected by a tailor and the other when we went to put it on for the wedding the zipper broke and wouldn’t budge. We literally had to sew her into the dress and after had to cut the zipper to get her out. First they said they wouldn’t do anything for it because it was my fault. Excuse me, I know how to do a zipper and then said they’d give me only 10% back. Do not buy from them. They are awful. Horrible horrible experience.”

Was sent tge wrong colour dress, tgey refused to refund me despite the fact that I had sent them photos to prove tge dress was totally the wrong colour, tgey are rude and unhelpful money grabbers and dont deserve to be trading. If anyone has had similar problems then please report them to the federal trade commission, they need to be shut down to stop them ripping everyone off.”
