I cannot believe how terrible the customer service has been for a dress I purchased. I ordered two flower girl dresses. One which had unequal shoulder straps that had to be corrected by a tailor and the other when we went to put it on for the wedding the zipper broke and wouldn’t budge. We literally had to sew her into the dress and after had to cut the zipper to get her out. First they said they wouldn’t do anything for it because it was my fault. Excuse me, I know how to do a zipper and then said they’d give me only 10% back. Do not buy from them. They are awful. Horrible horrible experience.
