“I very rarely write reviews but I feel so strongly about this company and I don't want the same to happen to anyone else.
We ordered a dress which looked beautiful on the website, it took ages to arrive and went to the Post Office and then we had to collect it. As soon as we opened the box we realised that the dress was terrible quality, it looked like curtain lining, was screwed up and inside out. The dress looked nothing like the website and to top it off there were stains on the back, like someone had worn it! Within 2 days we contacted La La Mira for a return and heard nothing. I then emailed them a week later to be told that it was out of the 7 day return policy. I emailed to ask them to look at their system to see that we did contact them to arrange a return to be told again that we were out of the 7 day return policy. I emailed again to explain that I was appalled by the customer service and I had spent £115 in good faith on a dress that we are now stuck. Their reply and I quote was " keep the dress or just sell it' I know that I won't get my money back, even though I have contacted my bank to try, although I will not give up! I would just like to prevent other people from losing their hard earned money. The people that run this site should be ashamed of themselves . PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.”
“I would not even give this company one star, they are a scam and their product look absolutely nothing like the picture displayed!! I ordered a white dress that took over three weeks to get here (but that’s beside the point). I received the dress that looked absolutely nothing like the picture, was a cheap piece of fabric and was LIGHT PURPLE!!! I contacted them within hours of receiving the dress and was told that It is “common sense” when online shopping that the dress may not look like the picture displayed and they refuse to give me a refund, as stated in their email it is not fair for them to take responsibility for this!! They told me to give it to a family member or sell it to someone locally. No one would even want to pay $20 for this FABRIC! Horrible customer service, stay FAR AWAY from this site!”

“I bought a dress for a wedding and the color was nothing like it showed online. I communicated with them several time politely asking for a refund (even offering to pay /deduct the shipping) I provided photos of the dress to prove the color was very different. They still wouldn’t refund my money doe the dress. Terrible terrible customer service !!! I’ll never buy anything from them again!!!”
“Horrible company. I bought what was supposed to be a white wedding dress. The dress has lavender flowers on it, not white and the sizing wasn’t quite right. They refuse to take the dress back even though I am within the 7 day return window. They straight up told me that it should be common sense that the dress would arrive a different color.”
“BEWARE BEWARE I recently ordered a dress from this website for my friends wedding I am a bridesmaid we requested the color royal blue the dress came a horrible ugly blue color it was nowhere near royal blue also the dress was not is a proper size even though I was professionally measured also the dress was not sewed during the midline the stitches were coming apart I reached and contacted customer service over the last few days and I am so outraged in the way they responded to me the last comment from the representative was it’s not fair that they have to make the dress And now I want a full refund they told me to go sell the dress to a friend locally I could not believe the way I was treated as a paying customer I have took the situation into serious hands i contacted my financial institution to dispute the transaction I spent $200 on my dress do not buy the dress looks nothing like the advertised picture my friend also bought her wedding dress and it came it was supposed to be a mermaid gown it looks like something my grandma would wear very poor quality material do not buy…
Also the website states that they will offer a refund as long as the dress is not wORN or tailored or washed or anything fondled with it which I literally opened up the box saw the hideous thing and was quick to return it BEWARE SCAM LOOKING DRESSES”
“WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Save your money and don't order from them. I've been trying to return the dress I got becuase it didn't fit me right and they won't allow me to return it and no where in their policy does it state that they cannot accept my return. They just want to keep your money and they don't listen to your reasons they just keep saying they are sure they made the right dress and that they can't take back the dress whatsoever. It's annoying that I spent $117 on a dress I can't even wear. I just wish they would refund me at least part of my money for all the trouble their customer service has been. It's a pain and not worth your time. Save you money and don't buy from them it's not worth it!”
“I now see that the reviews on their site are just as fake as them. My dress came, the material was super shiny like a trash bag and the slit was all the way up to right below my breast...so whole stomach is out. The return policy states that you have to return within 7 days you just have to let them know so they can initiate it. I did that and their response was to send pictures... they wont proceed without pictures, no problem...sent them pictures within the hour. They had the audacity to respond saying I should have used my common sense cause no product is exactly like the picture and if I dont like it to sale it to a friend and thanks for understanding....uuumm no sir, there is no understanding. I am currently still going back and forth with them, and they continue to refuse to give me their corporate office information. I have gotten my bank involved, sent them all the messages and now just waiting to see what happens. I cant believe this smh PLEASE DO NOT RISK IT!!!!!!”

Just wasn’t the wedding dress for me.. with it being quarantine and I’m strictly working from home I wasn’t able to get to post office to return in timely manner.. “Hello, I am a senior in high school and I was thinking about my prom so I looked into LalaMira and made the mistake to research if they were really good. After doing my payment which came up to 200 dollars, I received the dress two weeks later and the dress was no where near what I wanted in the picture. I tried to return the dress and they told me that since there was nothing wrong with the dress I could not return it. They even brought their policy into the argument saying that “in our policy it says that if there is nothing wrong with the dress the customer can not return the dress” which is a lie because no where near in the policy does it say that. It says “if the customer is unsatisfied with the dress they can return the dress” but now I can’t because there is “nothing wrong” with the dress. If I were you I would not look into LalaMira. They are frauds and their number does not even work. They are stealing and not giving our money back. Someone should put an end to this. As you can see in the first picture that is the dress I wanted and in return got the second picture...”
“DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WON'T LET YOU RETURN ANYTHING!! I ordered a formal dress. I wear a size 8 but ordered a size 10 and if I needed it could be altered. It was too small. After taking pictures of it and requesting a return form I was advised they wouldn't refund my money. It was also too long, cheaply made, and too heavy. It didn't look like the picture at all. I have spent close to $200.00 for something I don't want and can't wear. I don't know how this company can receive anything above a -0!!!! Apparently they don't care about their customer reviews or customer satisfaction!!”
“If I could give this company 0 stars I would. For starters, if you're debating purchasing anything from this website, DON'T! THEY. ARE. A. SCAM. They will send you a deceiving dress, completely different from the image, different material, style, and everything. Then they promise a 7-day refund if you're unsatisfied, however, once you email them they will respond saying "there's no possible way to issue a refund, and if you're unsatisfied with the dress just give it to a friend or resell it. This is absurd and a joke of a company. Never have I ever witnessed such appalling customer service, they are a FRAUD. So, just gave your money and pay a little more to get something authentic”
“I ordered what looked in the picture on the LaLa Mira web site to be a gorgeous gray gown.....however when it arrived it was made out of cheap material, was poorly sewn and did not fit even though the correct size was ordered. When I tried to return it they told me to give it to a friend or sell it to someone else!! Word of warning...do not order from this company.”
“Stay far away from this scam company that should be shut down. I ordered the correct size and it fit terribly. The quality is cheap garbage. I'd be embarrassed to wear it. It looked nothing like the pictures. They asked me to send pictures and said nothing was wrong with it and it's my fault and I should sell it or give it away. I will be reporting them. They have negative reviews all over the internet, I don't know how they're still in business. I can't believe there are reviews stating they have good quality. I wouldn't use the dress to wash floors. It looks like a child made it with the cheapest materials they could find.”

There is no phone number to communicate. This company is a rip off. Why wasn't there a return label in the box any just in case I needed to return it.”
