GOODS ARRIVED DAMAGED, MANAGEMENT OF THE PROBABLE ... REFUND TO THE DAMAGE OF THE CUSTOMER

Unfortunately, the product delivered by UPS (bad courier) had DOCUMENTED visible aesthetic damage but fortunately in working order. Once the refund service has been activated, it seems only possible WITHDRAWAL for inspection with compensation without certainty of the damage and the compensation itself with the risk of remaining without the product for a long time (they say within a month...) and without certainty of the actions to follow: 100% refund, return of the product.. etc.. LET'S NOT OVERLOOK THAT THE COURIER HAD FIRST STATED THAT THE PACKAGING WAS ALREADY DAMAGED AND THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT
We tried to agree, as many do, on a symbolic refund also in the form of a voucher at their store to accommodate the customer given that I need the goods for work, and they that for better or worse recovered from the purchase itself, but they refused!
