Ordered an ink cartridge. Wrong item was delivered.
Refused to send correct item until wrong one was returned.
Didn’t get the item that ordered, supposedly getting a refund (still waiting)
So £7.40 down after correcting LambdaTek’s mistake and nothing to show for it!!
LambdaTek, please get your house in order; this is an unacceptable way to do business.
