Had a £500 mattress in June. By September it was saggy in the middle. Contacted them an a man came to look at it. He said it had to be 4cm dip to be deemed faulty and it was only 3cm then(probably more now)
Land of beds then said they would not consider it as not bad enough so now we have a mattress we cant use .
Rubbish customer service , wont use them again
