2 months to deliver the mattress, sent to the wrong address. Upon finally delivering it have received the wrong mattress!.

Yes after very long wait our £900 hypnos mattress arrived After afew years afew holes have appeared which will only get worse Hypnos have passed the buck to land of beds who after inspection deny it's faulty... We have plyboards under & mattress protector over, it can only be manufacturing fault , awful ten year warranty waste of time & money urgh

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a Hypnos mattress with the understanding that it would be delivered within 6 weeks. It's now been over 8 weeks, and not only has the mattress still not arrived, but I have been informed that Hypnos did not even receive the order from Land of Beds!! This level of negligence is unacceptable. I have been left waiting without any updates or accountability, and now I have to start the whole process again in the hope that they can 'rush a mattress through in 4 weeks...hopefully'. I expected better communication and basic follow through and instead I have received nothing but delay and poor service. Does this company have no system or checks in place to review unfulfilled orders?? The offer of 'two free pillows' as a gesture of goodwill for this level of shoddy service is, quite frankly, insulting. I won't be ordering from this store again, nor would I ever recommend to others. I wish I had read the multitude of 1 star reviews before placing my order as it seems my issue is a common occurrence.

The mattress was awful, gave me backaches. We tried to return it within 14 days. They refused saying you have slept on it. Isn't what a mattress is for? Awful company. Avoid at all costs.

Very bad customer service, Incorrect bed was received / delivered , (paid for a pocket mattress, received wrong bed ) and now they won’t admit liability and exchange the bed. It’s been going on for over 10 weeks now. IT’S THE WRONG BED

Technician said the bed was badly made but reported back differently to Land of Beds. Will try the ombudsman but reviews aren't positive. Will never use this Company again. Carol Sutton

Broken mattress under 10 days. Sunk in the middle @ 50mm, the reason why I bought new. Sales staff came back with "their all like it", shocking! Buyer beware! now I have 2 broken mattresses. Probably the best way to dispose of your hard earned. Buyer go to a shop NEVER BUY ON LINE

AVOID! Shambles of a company. 1st and 2nd attempt to deliver the bed were either cancelled or returned due to it being damaged. On the 3rd attempt the wrong bed was sent. This was only apparent after unboxing, so I had to repackage it all and send back. The 4th time of asking I finally got the bed I ordered. At the point of writing this I am still waiting on a call back, 3rd promised call back that has not been actioned. I have noticed a small refund has been actioned today, which is laughable. Probably why they haven't bothered to call me back, as they know it's not good enough. Very poor service and a lack of accountability. Update on 25th Oct 2024. I received a call (on 21/10/24) to apologise no one has been in touch and that this would be escalated again to a manager for a callback. Still waiting and not holding out much hope. Constant broken promises. I'm not even sure there is any management there. Update on 17th Nov 2024 Still no call back even though an email has now been sent to the director Mike Murray. Diabolical service! Avoid at all costs.

Worst company to buy mattress from and staff repeats what they being told to repeat the same lines and not helpful at all. Ripped me off with mattress.

Failing to fulfil orders, being full of false promises of delivery and customer service. Stating the "Retail Family Business of the Year " on the phones was in 2017 and is irrelevant and out of date, if not false, advertising in 2023.

10 weeks after ordering my divan, headboard and mattress, I’m still waiting for my delivery. I’m so disgusted with this company. They’ve taken my money but have failed to deliver.

Excellent service when buying, But beware; If product is faulty (even if it is quite obvious that there is a fault) then they will wish to send what they call an 'independent' technician to assess the product. The issue is, that this technician is seemingly not as 'independent' as Land of Beds wish to claim. Obviously, being hired privately by Land of Beds, the technician is well aware, that should he/she make to many decisions in the favour of customer's claim, then Land of Beds may in the future decide to use a different technician. After the technician's visit (I have not yet been given the day/time of visit) I hope to update this review.

We bought an expensive mattress from this company and was so disappointed , The mattress Was of such poor quality you could feel the spring coming through ,And to make up for the lack of padding on the mattress springs they put what they call a topper on the top, which produced a big dent in the mattress after only two weeks , when we complained they said there’s nothing they can do as the mattresses do that , I would advise anybody if you want a quality mattress don’t go to this company the mattress originally was well over £1000

Chose and ordered after speaking to a very helpful member of staff. I told him what we required and the specific reason we needed a new mattress. He made a few recommendations at different price ranges but was at no point pushy. Mattress we decided to buy was the Reylon Stratus Dunlopillo. I was advised on approximately how long delivery would be, which turned out to very accurate. I was contacted a few days before and on the day of delivery to ensure someone would be in. 2 delivery drivers brought it in, unpacked it and put in position, they even removed the packaging. The mattress itself is excellent! No waking up with back pain and can honestly say we now have the best nights sleep in years. Would definitely recommend and will only use this company in future.

Please don't leave positive feedback for this company until you receive your order, even though they request it! Once we paid and left the store the attentive service ended. We were told delivery would take 3 weeks - it took 6 weeks and a battle to get there. The day after buying we received our emailed receipt which now said 'approximately 28 days' - not 3 weeks and definitely approximate. No contact from them when the due delivery date came and went- we were asked to chase it up with the delivery company! Emails contained inaccurate information and stalling tactics, as other customers have commented on.Only when we pointed out they were in breach of contract did we get anywhere , but it was a very stressful experience. No response to our complaint and the free pillows promised in store and on the order have not materialised either! This was an expensive order, but customer service was awful - we would not trust them again and definitely would not recommend.

Don't touch this company, bought hypnos bed only slept on it for 3 nights bought med firm but our backs are broken it's like sleeping on the floor, had mattress protector on but refused to take it back because they said we used it, how are you supposed to know if it Suits with the plastic on.never again we haven't got money to burn customer service the people are reading off a spreadsheet told it was like a new pair of shoes utter rubbish do yourself a favour DO NOT USE.

Worst bed I have ever bought. I had a new hip a year ago which has been perfect until now. I bought a bed from this lot 5 mths ago and my sleep and hip have been badly affected. I desperately need to get another one before it puts me back in the hospital.

Previous customer, ordered firstly during lockdown and received excellent service so whilst upgrading my daughter to a bigger bed we came back. Very impressed by their professionalism and choice online. Called to be cheeky as a returning customer and they fastracktracked the bed for us. 10/10 yet again Land of Beds.
