"A truly unpleasant company to deal with. Misleading website, not enough information (would it kill them to include a photo of how the delivery is made? How many boxes? Make it clear that they will not help you get it upstairs, or make it clear that only certain types of flooring suit certain types of bed base?) Provided me with a shoddy, badly made bed base from China. They refuse to assemble the type of bed with slats, so if anything goes wrong they can claim it was all your fault for over tightening screws or whatever, based on no evidence at all. Perfect get-out clause. I ordered a bed base from them which was delivered in two incredibly heavy boxes. My son put it together following the manufacturer's instructions but it was not suitable for a laminate floor. I had it resting on a thick rug but one of the feet was so poorly made that it slid out, taking out one of the supporting struts too. Land of Bed's answer was to send me a new strut. Failed to realise I would have to pay someone to put it on, failed to realise that it would not deal with the broken leg, failed to appreciate that my (expensive) mattress was taking a beating by being on the floor. Failed to appreciate that they were providing zero customer service. A cheap and nasty bed frame (which looked great on the website) cost c\u00a3450, plus the cost of a handyman to repair the broken bits (\u00a3100). I totally detest this company"

"Only had my new bed a few weeks and it\u2019s legs are falling off. It costs \u00a3550. Apparently customer service have called me back and left voicemails. They have not."

They send you beds 3 months down the line without headboards and then claim You have to pay for them separately, so basically what you see in the picture is not what you get, just a base and a mattress! They also was not apologetic nor sympathetic, basically have said its my fault, also there was not an option for the headboard so it\u2019s clearly false advertising and a scam to get more money out of you, because the whole reason on picking a bed is the nice headboard you see in the pictures.\r\n"
