Please don't leave positive feedback for this company until you receive your order, even though they request it! Once we paid and left the store the attentive service ended. We were told delivery would take 3 weeks - it took 6 weeks and a battle to get there. The day after buying we received our emailed receipt which now said 'approximately 28 days' - not 3 weeks and definitely approximate. No contact from them when the due delivery date came and went- we were asked to chase it up with the delivery company! Emails contained inaccurate information and stalling tactics, as other customers have commented on.Only when we pointed out they were in breach of contract did we get anywhere , but it was a very stressful experience. No response to our complaint and the free pillows promised in store and on the order have not materialised either! This was an expensive order, but customer service was awful - we would not trust them again and definitely would not recommend.
