They have a ‘price promise’ which isn’t really a promise. I met all the criteria to price match a bed. I wanted to go with them as it looked like they had good reviews on websites like trust pilot. However, when I gave the details of the price match they said they would not do it as the ‘margins were too low’ and that was it. So they only price match when it suits them. What a waste of time.
