I ordered a Hypnos mattress on Fri 31 May. On realising I could not try it and return it in two weeks, as Land of Beds claim, I tried to cancel the order on Monday 3 June. ‘Nicola’ said I could sleep on the mattress ‘with the packaging left on’!! How she believes this will help with deciding if a mattress suits you or not I don’t know.
I’ve sent her two more e mails requesting she confirms the cancellation of the order and a full refund.
So far I am being ignored.
