Promised 2 free pillows which did not arrive.
Paid £163 for Duvet which was also missing
Nicola from customer services said she would sort it, but was very matter of fact with me and made me feel it was my fault and she was doing me a favour!
They boast about being retailer of the year, but I don’t see it😢
I will not shop with them again.
