This must be the worst company that I’ve ever dealt with! It’s taken 14 weeks to replace a mattress that was damaged when delivered with one that was acceptable. Customer services only respond when you chase them, every excuse under the sun.
Didn’t even get an email or phone call to check that the 4th mattress was ok, and was promised “a gesture”of goodwill, can’t see that happening anytime soon! Save your money and spend it elsewhere is my advice.
