As a front- Stomach sleeper I have suffered with backache since using the mattress on day one.Find this mattress too soft for front sleeper. Called on the 17/03/2020 and 18/03/2020. Spoken two different customer service ladies for EXCHANGE to Firm one to Dunlopillo Orchid mattress. But they rejected. by saying I removed the plastic cover for that reason we are unable to exchange. My 96 years of elderly also saying too soft.
