I have completed Beginner 1 - 3 on-line Japanese and I am now signed up to continue with Elementary 1. Each course has been challenging (they become more so as you go along and progress, as you would expect). The tutors (such as Okuda) are friendly, informative and very helpful/approachable when asking questions. Cactus, as a company, will respond very quickly to any queries and all persons I have engaged with in Cactus have been very personable and helpful.
