Customer service was spot on, quick and courteous call from the security team to ensure all was above board and delivered my product exactly as they said they would. Only tiny gripe being that I had had my eye on this particular laptop for a while and was hoping to see its price come down in the post-Xmas sale. Even though it was listed as a sale item, its price remained the same to the penny. Bit naughty that, but overall can’t complain as I ordered it anyway!
