“Bought a refurb Thinkpad about 18 months ago, so decided to repeat the purchase. This time around, the Thinkpad had a fault, so I returned it and upgraded to a refurb Dell. There was some delay due to the festive season + three working days for laptops Direct to look at the Thinkpad before authorising the upgrade. Ok Experience this time around. Would use Laptops Direct again, as I feel they are more reliable than third party sellers on the Amazon Platform.”
