“After 3 days of faffing around with another order, finally leading 2 a cancelled order and o more expensive replacement option. I found a better deal on laptops direct and placed an order which they fulfilled in less than 24hrs. Can't expect much better.”

“Ordered item showing in stock on Wednesday morning, paid for Thursday (next day) delivery, informed Wednesday night that there was a problem and delivery wouldn’t be Thursday. I had no update by lunch Thursday so rang for a refund but was promised I’d get it Friday which I did, no delivery refund. Perhaps 2 star is a bit harsh but it was for a bday on Friday so not being here was a let down”

“Ordered a new phone as a present for my son. Price was lower than other sites I had looked at. Placed the order online and paid for express delivery. Was concerned that maybe the phone I had ordered would arrive as a refurbished phone rather than a new one . I got an email confirming my order number immediately and it contained the telephone number should I have any need to contact them. I rang the number and got through to a very helpful man who was quickly able to confirm that the phone I had ordered was in fact a new phone and that it would arrive in a sealed manufacturer box. I received the phone within 3 days of ordering. My son is very happy with it.”
