“The UPS sent by LaptopnDirect was failing (defective battery pack, capable of accepting a charge but unable to deliver current under load) ... After I contacted LaptopDirect, they simply delayed processing of the refund while they were investigating with the OEM. Net result. After more than a month, the unit is still not repaired, and I still haven't been refunded. This is absolutely unacceptable and in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (and the 30-day period!). I would not recommend dealing with Laptopdirect at all, they clearly wash their hands as soon as a problem materialises and just pass it onto the OEM like a simple warranty claim! Utterly unacceptable.”

“Not received so how can it be reviewed we have an issue with a screen on a separate order that the case that you requested photos for why I don’t know as it won’t switch on has been closed we were asked late Friday closed Monday morning these screens that we ordered have not been delivered but try is is a common occurrence with app”

“Delivered on time as stated. Only complaint is that there is no way to contact the delivery man so we had to wait in all day (I am part-time working from home) and if it wasn't for my ultra alert dog we'd have missed him he was so quieet!”

“Unfortunately let down by their courier DPD who didn't wait long enough for me to answer the door before legging it and ignoring me as I called him standing at the back of his van. Consequently, despite paying extra for a scheduled delivery, I still don't have my new phone.”

“Shocking customer service.... order a monitor for my son for his birthday at point of checkout it said 20th Feb delivery, in the email confirmation it says 20th Feb . Couldn't track it using tracking information so rang them to be told it now wouldn't come until 21st meaning it wouldn't be there for my son's birthday. I took time out of work to be there on 20th and was let down and to top it off they said all they could do was escalate it to their delivery team who'd take a day to respond....”

“Paid for next day delivery. Delivery was DPD who didn’t bother trying to deliver twice on consecutive days, multiple calls to DPD and Laptops Direct that took ages to actually speak to anyone, just to be told they will try to re-deliver again. Office was open and staff in to receive the delivery on both so called ‘sorry we missed you’ attempts. Problems happen and people make mistakes, but it’s how you handle the issue that counts to me, and this wasn’t handled well.”
