“***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS*** Absolute joke or a business. I ordered a laptop on a Thursday, paid extra for a Saturday delivery, and nothing, zip, nada. I called customer services twice, one word, clueless.There is no tracking number, no idea where it is, or even what delivery company it is being shipped with. The customer service operative (on the second call) kept referencing the 'supplier' had not updated the information. My contract of purchase is/was with LaptopsDirect. This shows why DSV businesses like this should not be in operation. Zero customer service, zero clue, zero knowledge of their distribution and fulfilment. Use them (or any of the sister businesses) at your peril.”

“3 sticks of DDR5 RAM at a cost of £200/stick, sent loose in a Jiffy bag! No plastic casing, nothing, literally bare RAM sticks just bouncing around in an envelope. Even if the prices weren’t as silly as they are now, this is still a completely unacceptable way to send RAM”

“I would urge anyone who is thinking of buying something from this company not to. We were unfortunate to have a fault with the laptop that we received and contacted their customer services team to get help. They asked us to generate a battery report and send this by email. A technician called me on receipt of this and told me there was a battery fault and I would need to return the laptop. On receipt of the laptop they then said no fault found and that it was normal for the battery to last less than two hours from a full charge. They then informed me that I would have to pay a collection and restocking fee of £100 with no other alternative offers. Honestly DO NOT use this company - shower of cowboys. I also see this site suggest they are cherry picking which reviews should remain and taking down less favourable ones. Tells you all you need to know- avoid at all costs”
