“Great price and experience. I paid for standard delivery and it came the next day! As for the service and product, I can’t fault it. Very quick simple ordering process I’ve got what I ordered and I’m very happy with it. A follow up call to assure I’m happy with the sale, in addition an option for health care. I had reassurance too if any problems may occur that they are happy to help Would recommend to anyone in the market to buy from them”

“Awful company. Ordered a laptop on ebay for my sons birthday but realised within 10 minutes i'd ordered the wrong one. Messaged them instantly and asked to cancel or change order to the right laptop but they refused and went ahead and posted it. Guess what, it's getting returned..... Avoid them, 0 customer service”

“Still waiting for the goods to arrive or to get a notification from your courier and yet you ask me for feedback. Your chat is not working I have no tracking data online apparently it has been shipped directly from the supplier and I should be contacted by the courier. I booked a next day delivery 2 days after the expected delivery I am still in the dark on the expected arrival of the item. Based on your current performance your service is appalling”

“This is my second gaming laptop I have brought from laptops direct and the first one had no issues what so ever and served me very well, recently brought a new gaming laptop and everything was process fast, they called to make sure everything was correct and any special delivery request they could pass onto delivery service. All in all smooth quick easy and hopefully my new laptop holds up as well as the first.”

“Back light failed on my 49” monitor after 19 months since purchase from Laptops Direct. 2 year warranty. Provided video of the fault. Collected monitor and sent new replacement monitor.”
