Ordered a new phone as a present for my son. Price was lower than other sites I had looked at. Placed the order online and paid for express delivery. Was concerned that maybe the phone I had ordered would arrive as a refurbished phone rather than a new one . I got an email confirming my order number immediately and it contained the telephone number should I have any need to contact them. I rang the number and got through to a very helpful man who was quickly able to confirm that the phone I had ordered was in fact a new phone and that it would arrive in a sealed manufacturer box. I received the phone within 3 days of ordering. My son is very happy with it.
