“Fast delivery, excellent product at a good price. Only downside is that the product was delivered on a Saturday when I'd specifically selected a Monday delivery, but this is more likely to be DPDs fault.”

“The order was made online, the laptop arrived on the day & time specified via a secure delivery using a PIN number via DPD and in perfect condition. A couple of days later I received a follow up call from Laptops Direct to ask if everything was Ok, and if I needed any assistance with anything to do with the order. At the same time, I was offered a follow up service and repair contract which - to be perfectly fair - was very competitively priced. I've used this Company to buy various hi-tech items, and have never been disappointed.”

“Product (AirPods pro 2) arrived as advertised. There was a minor issue with delivery as if I’m paying £10 for next day delivery I would actually expect next day delivery. Laptops direct and DPD laid the blame with each other. They did arrive the day after though.”

“Last minute panic buying a tablet for Christmas. Laptops direct was £80 cheaper than anywhere else, same spec, brand new etc. 1st time purchase for laptops direct, used PayPal just incase for some extra security. Excellent services, excellent communication re my order and delivery, received next day. Will 100% use this company again for tech purchases.”
