Phone was advertised at £100 cheaper than anywhere else.Arrived next day,very happy with the service .

The laptop came on the day I asked for and it was well packaged preventing any damage. The actual laptop is pretty good and over all I’m happy with it. Laptops Direct do have good customer services. They’re easy to contact and answer the phone relatively quickly. Bad bit: The laptop was advertised to have Windows 11 Pro and turned up with Windows 11 Home. The solution was a small refund which if I was to go to Windows direct does NOT cover the cost of the upgrade. The laptop I purchase was a gaming laptop due to the high quality of the spec, which came with an insensitive of the ability to claim a game which I thought might be fun. I’m still waiting for the master code/key to come through so I can redeem the game which can take up to 30 days which is very slow. So take this review how you will, good customer service with a margin of miss selling. Would I use them again, yes i probably would. Do they deserve a 3 start review…. Absolutely they didn’t refund the value of windows upgrade to its full as per windows direct. (I actually got told to go online for a cheaper code!!)

We received a second hand monitor. The box had been opened previously and the goods packaged back up for re-sale. It was seemingly bought and returned by another buyer. All fine, except that we paid for a new monitor. Laptops Direct should advise customers if they are selling returned items. It would give customers opportunity to understand why they were returned in the first place and review purchasing decisions. In addition, none of the cables suited - possibly the reason for the return - and we had to use others already in our possession. The cable types were not made clear online ahead of purchasing. The monitor itself is good and arrived promptly.

I ordered a PC which was was faulty. Getting it replaced was a very easy, no quibble process. Unfortunately the replacement was also faulty - these things happen with refurbished kit - but once again the customer service was first class. I now have a third machine which was excellent value and is working perfectly. Lesson? Pay that little bit extra for a full set up.

WHERE DO I START? Arrived quicker than I had expected, which brought a big smile to my face. It was delivered by DPD and came in perfect conditions (no dinks or bonks on the box/packaging). My monitor works, looks great and was excellently priced. I have purchased from from Laptops Direct before but had to leave a review because I was that impressed!!!

I am happy with the purchases made over the past couple of years but am very frustrated why I get contacted after each purchase from someone different claiming to be the business account manager and wanting to discuss our needs. It’s putting me off as seems. Is not genuine but only someone looking for sales commission.

What a horrendous business to deal with. We purchased a 49 inch wide monitor from these people and eight or so months into having it developed a fault which looked like a single led had gone at the bottom of the screen which caused a shadow which i would have carried on using if I had known what was to come. I called them told them what had happened they said pack it up and they would send a courier I explained no longer had the box so was told wrap it best you can so we got two large boxes and taped two together with duct tape to hold it together and wedged some bits inside to stop it moving around and wrote fragile over the box. The courier came did not have a label to put on which was a concern then I helped him carry the monitor to his van and watched him throw multiple parcels to one side to fit mine in the back. Of he goes I dont hear anything after three days email them to check they have received it nothing then they email say it has been received. Another email to say it will take five days to process then today they call and say that they cannot repair it because it was damaged in transit and blamed me for poorly packing the item. Hold on it was not my issue that the monitor went faulty I did everything asked and this is how I was treated absolutely disgraceful. Stay well away from them horror show.
