“Delivered on time as stated. Only complaint is that there is no way to contact the delivery man so we had to wait in all day (I am part-time working from home) and if it wasn't for my ultra alert dog we'd have missed him he was so quieet!”

“Bought a refurb Thinkpad about 18 months ago, so decided to repeat the purchase. This time around, the Thinkpad had a fault, so I returned it and upgraded to a refurb Dell. There was some delay due to the festive season + three working days for laptops Direct to look at the Thinkpad before authorising the upgrade. Ok Experience this time around. Would use Laptops Direct again, as I feel they are more reliable than third party sellers on the Amazon Platform.”

“I'm writing this despite being informed by 'Reviews.io' that Laptops Direct are "cherry-picking" favourable reviews. I successfully placed my order with James Thomason and all went well until my laptop was lost at the DPD depot. James got onto DPD straight away to establish what was going on. When it became obvious that the laptop was permanently 'lost' Jame's colleague dispatched a replacement straight away. Obviously, I did not get my laptop as quickly as I wanted, but at least I was saved from getting the run-round from DPD.”

“laptop arrived very quickly...and we are pleased so far. The process of ordering was hampered by the fact that there is NO phone number to talk to staff concerning extras and warranties. Our questions were not answered in a timely manner via the AI BOT...I like to talk to humans. It almost made me go to another supplier however they did not offer the same deal. PLEASE GET A PHONE LINE....”

“Dell Latitude 3510 was supplied very quickly and the price seemed fair. Described as 'excellent condition', it was completely unmarked - just the power supply had one noticeable scratch, which I can live with. Haven't used it yet, it was bought as a present for my wife, but I'm sure it will be fine.”

“Product (AirPods pro 2) arrived as advertised. There was a minor issue with delivery as if I’m paying £10 for next day delivery I would actually expect next day delivery. Laptops direct and DPD laid the blame with each other. They did arrive the day after though.”

“A good product at an affordable price. However some communication was slow on a refund after I wanted to return it. Received a full refund and did eventually get good communication. They would have had a 5 star rating if they had kept in touch.”

“I ordered a PC which was was faulty. Getting it replaced was a very easy, no quibble process. Unfortunately the replacement was also faulty - these things happen with refurbished kit - but once again the customer service was first class. I now have a third machine which was excellent value and is working perfectly. Lesson? Pay that little bit extra for a full set up.”
