I purchased a refurb Dell Latitude - general condition was very good, new install of Windows 10 and SSD made it perform well. It was let down by case screws missing from the case back and the Dell serial number label had been removed completely. Without the Dell serial number identification of up to date drivers is difficult - fortunately entering F2 on boot enters the BIOS setup where this missing ID is hard burnt into it and cannot be removed. Their customer service was prompt and good - they reimbursed me a sum to self-source the screws which I was happy to do, just disappointed the action was needed at all. Overall I would buy from them again - the minor issues with this refurb PC were more than compensated by getting a very clean machine with original Dell power supply and a reasonably good battery for a 6-year old machine.

Questions answered promptly. Did not get hoped for answer but was told it was either the design or a fault. Part refund offered as I was happy to keep the Chromebook. Refund very quick. Communications prompt and courteous.

I ordered a CCTV HDD and it was faulty. Emailed customer services for a replacement nice and prompt replies. At first they said they haven’t got any of the HDD in stock and a customer service advisor will ring me which they didn’t. I went back online to their website and found the same HDD in stock so I took a screenshot of it and emailed them back (may be a genuine mistake). The next day my order was out for delivery and this time the HDD was working perfectly.

Website ordering was easy and straightforward with a good price. However, I paid £9.95 for a specific delivery date (Monday) and had it confirmed by Laptops Direct, but it did not arrive until Tuesday. I don't know whether this is a problem with DPD? Ordering on a Saturday showed a specific delivery date of Monday - but it didn't work.

They had the phone I wanted in stock and at a competitive price. Ordering on the website was quick ad easy and the phone was delivered on time. I have not any reason to contact the company so cannot comment on their customer service. I have previously bought from this company and had no problems on that occasion either.

Easy ordering and exceptional delivery time. Downside, thought I had bought it with one year warranty, but only four months remaining as it began when supplier purchased.

Everyt hing was fine until the laptop was delivered. Outer packaging was intact, however the box containing the laptop had obviously been opened before. The seal was broken and inside the power adaptor was no longer in it's plastic wrapping. To be fair, the PC did not look like it had been taken out of it's packaging, but who knows what had happened to it. I did raise a support call, with the promise of a reply within 24 hours. Got no response, which is disappointing. PC seems to be fine, but would have preferred it to have been unopened.

Service from the company is fine, prompt, polite and to the point but their carriers are not the same as what they say is not what they do which was disappointing. Was given a refund on the carriage but I'd rather not have had the hassle.

Google chrome is in excellent condition. However delivery was dreadful. Instructions to leave in garage. Was left in “rear porch” which was down an overgrown alley and left outside in neighbours overgrown garden.
