“Service from the company is fine, prompt, polite and to the point but their carriers are not the same as what they say is not what they do which was disappointing. Was given a refund on the carriage but I'd rather not have had the hassle.”

“Google chrome is in excellent condition. However delivery was dreadful. Instructions to leave in garage. Was left in “rear porch” which was down an overgrown alley and left outside in neighbours overgrown garden.”

“There were no quibbles when I returned an unsuitable phone and the refund was processed promptly. this would have been a 5 star review but unfortunately the replacement ordered could not arrive in time and again, there were no quibbles and there was a prompt refund.”

“The Logitech MK270 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Bundle arrived in timely fashion but I could find no instructions anywhere in or on the packaging on how to install them. I had to guess.”

“Best thing was contact via e-mail with the dispatching store's contact mail. Was good. As it turned out, mine was a fault that did not show when they checked it. Sent it back, gratis. Don't know what tech did, but fault not apparent so far. Only downside was I had to send e-mails asking for test report, and when it was being returned. Even so, responses were very quick, although different people involved.”

“Customer service peoples were all very helpful every time i spoke to them regarding my original ordered first laptop. After the 3rd return we established the correct code for the backlit keyboard. After a month and the 3rd return being received i was ready to pay the extra for the correct laptop required but black friday had happened and it was sold out. I received a full refund including some compensation for the trouble which i was grateful for. I will continue to buy from this company because i have been using them for years and this was the first bit of trouble. I have since had to return a fourth laptop to another company because the specifications quoted backlit keyboard and when it arrived you guessed it it didnt contain it. I have since given up for the time being and will look again after Christmas for what i require.”
