Paid for next day delivery and only the computer has turn up, still waiting for the printer, otherwise very happy with the quick delivery

Watch I ordered did not arrive an the day it was planned to arrive, so I had to rebook with the delivery company for a day I was off. Otherwise the price was a great save.

Product received as advertised and for a good price. However, the courier used (TNT) was awful, first claiming to have delivered the item when they had not, then realising they had not delivered and it taking an extra day to do so, meaning I had to sit around for two days waiting for a delivery. Additionally, unlike other couriers, TNT are apparently incapable of providing a delivery window, but instead just state "before 6pm". In comparison, Royal Mail, DPD and Amazon all give delivery windows of between 1-3 hours, so that at least you don't have to wait around all day. So while the product was fine, and the ordering system was fine, Laptops direct really need to consider using a more proficient and reliable courier service.

Good secure delivery but.. Advert was stating next day delivery . Just be honest please ? Both products arrived within 10 days which for the type is expected .

Excellent Customer service but delivery timings inaccurate and longer than advised when placing the order.

Very efficient and good service. Couldn't get the keyboard to work on the all in one PC ordered, hence score of 3 but as only set up today, may revise upwards if they can help get it working.

Good customer service BUT he delivery has failed three times now and my staff colleague is still waiting for a vital piece of kit. Use a different courier!

Review of Coda 3.4 14" i3 core laptop (new) from Laptops Direct Price & delivery fine, however, it was a day later than indicated. Not a cause for complaint for me. Disappointed that Laptops Direct advertised this unit as a Windows 10 unit but when I tried to download non-Microsoft apps - not possible and kept getting redirected to Microsoft App store. Previous research revealed that Windows 10 S mode ( (S) is critical) is a cut-down, or light OS which will allow Microsoft only apps from their store- a bit naughty LD. It should have this info on website spec. and description. I passed over other brand's units because they were S mode units. That said, I did manage to change the Coda to Win home Pro from its settings and can now use non Microsoft apps - so a "get out of jail card", there. Performance to date is good but screen could be a bit brighter. It's on max already... acceptable for now. Hope it doesn't dim in a year or two's time. Build quality is just about okay for price point but feels a bit cheap in keyboard and trackpad area. Boots up quick as it has an SSD drive. Battery Life running only max 4 hours from full charge. Received a business intro email same day from LD. I asked for a reply on something but have heard nothing back in a week. I decided not to contact LD over these matters but due to issues felt only 3 stars for review.

My order arrived in two separate parcels. The first arrived next day, but the DPD driver of the second parcel didn't knock on the door just left the notes. I rescheduled it, but he did the same next day, so I had to call in and finally it has arrived.

Delivery was incredibly quick - ordered late evening - on my doorstep by 7.45 the next day! But... No manuals supplied. Of course I was able to download an operators manual but the installation? Who could have begun to guess that neither the mouse or the keyboard would work until a radio transmitter module had been removed from the battery compartment of the mouse and plugged into the computer. Or that the keyboard wouldn't work until one of the batteries had been removed and reinserted while F1, F2 and F3 were pressed (making sure that the batteries were correctly aligned) followed by pressing 3? And a light was supposed to illuminate as a sign of success (no mention of where it was located. My thanks go to YouTube and NOT Laptops Direct! Sorry but not everyone can be relied upon to get online help (From another computer)

Purchased 2 laptops for my children at £1350 each in black friday deal, was very happy with the price as before and after the black friday deal they were £200 more each. I decided to pay an extra £50 per laptop for them to create recovery drives (£20) and for them to install all critical updates and carry out a full system check to make sure there are no manufacture issues (£30). I also paid extra for Saturday delivery as i work in the week. The laptops seem to be fine and my children are happy, however i feel their customer service is very poor and can imagine them being very difficult to deal with should a problem occur. The reason for me sating this is i had a couple of issues for me to complain about. The 1st being that i got notification on a thursday from the courier company that they would deliver them the following day on the friday, but i had paid for saturday delivery, i tried to ring but never managed to get through, i endedbup emailing them, and hqd to take the day off work as i did not want them sat around in the back of a couriers van over the weekend. When they finally replied to my email, it just said that they had closed my complaint as they could see that they had dealt with my issue, so i tried ringing again but still could not get through so sent yet another email. The second reply just said sorry my item was not instock and would send when restocked and they refunded my postage. So they clearly hadnt read my email. My second complaint was regarding the testing, as i dont believe they tested them, there were still critical updates avaliable which were meant to be installed, and the tick/check list, said that both the optical drive and the webcam test satisfactory on both laptops this rang alarm bells as neither laptop has a webcam or optical drive so how could they have tested satisfactory. They ignored this part of my complaint three times so i have given up, and feel cheated on this element of thier service. Although the laptops were a good price and do actually work fine, i would not use them ever again due to their very poor performance and customer service.

GREAT BUT..... I bought a A+ refurbished gaming monitor. It was in immaculate condition, like new and came in the original box. Only thing that really annoyed me is paying £10 delivery to Northern Ireland. We are still in the UK guys. Amazon, eBay & most other companies don't charge us extra shipping so why do you? If not for that it would have been 5 stars.

Computer arrived not set up so had to buy windows (£99.99) which was not a problem but for someone who had bare minimum computer knowledge, not being able to get in touch with customer services was an issue- plus I’m charged 13p a minute for doing so. That been said- laptop is now setup and working fantastic, very fast and efficient
