The website was easy to use, and the products delivered were excellent, however my delivery date was delayed at least 5 times which was extremely frustrating.

The product it’s self is just what I wanted accept they didn’t state clearly there were no speakers internally with my product. However I haven’t had any problems and it all arrived on time . My only concern was the customer service is terrible and the emails were delayed and didn’t come consistently to tell you what was going on with ur product.

Delivery options & communication poor. Despite enquiring about and confirmations from Laptops Direct, my order was lying outside my back door for 4 days. Not impressed. The laptop however is excellent. Fantastic value. If they offer option of when to deliver, please follow through.

So far so good . I ordered a refurb laptop which came in good packaging and works well. So far good. Let's see if it stayed good. I hope so. I will do another review once I have used it for longer. Thanks

Laptops Direct fulfilled the order as requested and, when speaking with them by telephone, courteous and efficient conversations were held. However, although I sent an e-message to them with details about my delivery address, no reply was received and, when I rang them to request delivery to a specified recipient should I not be available, they were unable to help other than to say that the Courier Service would be able to help. The courier service did not provide me with an option for a neighbour to sign for my delivery in the event of my unavailability and that was not helpful to me - or, I suggest, to the courier company.

Product OK but delivering over DPD Rubbish didn't come to my place at all..although text me later on sorry we missed you.. :(I was in whole Day bunch of morons :(

Good prices and delivery times but my refurbished laptop came in a worse condition than my 10 year old laptop! Box also very tatty so no good for getting.

Service was brilliant. Only problem was I was never notified of when the delivery may be. So I missed the drop 3 times. No correspondence whatsoever about delivery at any point!!

Mixed experience with Laptops direct. Positives: - Good price - Good choice Negatives: - My order of five items arrived in five separate packages; not very efficient. One of the items arrived a day late and needed a phone call to chase up, despite having paid for delivery on a specific date. - Order was split into multiple invoices despite my requests for this not to be the case though I was able to ring up and get a single invoice emailed to me. - Account portal (used to check order status) was very slow or did not work at all. - Chat support was slow to respond. - Support telephone number not available at times specified on the website (not open until after 9am).

Read the T&C´s on cashback - they´re designed to avoid paying. I spotted the ´sent in too early trip-wire ´ and because I was away on day 12-18 got someone else to send in after the 14 day minimum delay - but on day 13 got an email saying thankyou for the cashback form! Now they are refusing to pay me. May have lost the proof of posting form so could be stuffed. Feels like they have an automated avoidance system in place? Barty Bear - Unbeatable.co.uk

They failed to repair a faulty netbook (it crashed when running for long periods - ie fault was intermittent). They ignored all my messages detailing the fault and just returned the product to me with no dialogue. Then I made numerous requests for them to contact me about this, they promised day after day that someone called "chris" was going to call me "soon", he never did. I the end I returned it to them twice, the second time with a detailed printout ......errors. They said they woudl contact me one they had teh laptop, they never did. There online messaging system was a waste of time, just empty promises that were never fulfilled. I very frustrating experience and a waste of a huge amount of time.
