Computer arrived not set up so had to buy windows (£99.99) which was not a problem but for someone who had bare minimum computer knowledge, not being able to get in touch with customer services was an issue- plus I’m charged 13p a minute for doing so.
That been said- laptop is now setup and working fantastic, very fast and efficient
