“Best thing was contact via e-mail with the dispatching store's contact mail. Was good. As it turned out, mine was a fault that did not show when they checked it. Sent it back, gratis. Don't know what tech did, but fault not apparent so far. Only downside was I had to send e-mails asking for test report, and when it was being returned. Even so, responses were very quick, although different people involved.”

“Customer service peoples were all very helpful every time i spoke to them regarding my original ordered first laptop. After the 3rd return we established the correct code for the backlit keyboard. After a month and the 3rd return being received i was ready to pay the extra for the correct laptop required but black friday had happened and it was sold out. I received a full refund including some compensation for the trouble which i was grateful for. I will continue to buy from this company because i have been using them for years and this was the first bit of trouble. I have since had to return a fourth laptop to another company because the specifications quoted backlit keyboard and when it arrived you guessed it it didnt contain it. I have since given up for the time being and will look again after Christmas for what i require.”

“Ordered Thursday evening. Unfortunately the payment didn't go through, so it was Friday am when it was sorted. I paid for next day delivery, hoping to receive it originally on Friday, but with the payment problem, expected it on Saturday. It arrived Monday morning.”

“Fantastic service all round, order taking, delivery ( couldn,t believe how quick the ordered item arrived the next morning ), customer service was super quick to reply when i asked for my invoice. Very happy and the printer is still going. Result”

“Delivery certaily went to plan. I wondered why this notebook was so cheap when compared to similar ones and the reason is that the keyboard keys cannot be read from an angle of anything less than 45 degrees. This really should be stated in the description .”

“I bought a refurbished computer with free antivirus. I picked up the computer shortly after purchase but had to go back for the antivirus software. Whilst I'm very pleased with the computer, it was not all plain sailing as initially, the web cam and microphone didn't work. I traced this to a driver problem and it's now fine. If I'd been aware of the terms and conditions of the antivirus, I wouldn't have gone back for it - Bank details are required.”

“After another supplier let me down by not stocking my order for over a month, I turned to Laptops Direct. Got my order within a few days, no fuss. Good communication throughout on the progress of the delivery so I knew when to arrange for someone to wait home. Only complaint (and the reason for dropping a star) was the follow-up call shortly after placing the order. This would have been great, and was certainly very friendly, but ultimately it was a hard sell for insurance which I thought was a bit grubby - if I wanted insurance I would have bought it on the website. Other than that, a good experience and I will be using them again.”

“My third order from Laptops Direct , a few years back ordered a laptop , last year a mobile phone and just recently another mobile. Prices and service were great , no complaints whatsoever. More than happy to use this company if needed , very reliable.”
