After another supplier let me down by not stocking my order for over a month, I turned to Laptops Direct. Got my order within a few days, no fuss. Good communication throughout on the progress of the delivery so I knew when to arrange for someone to wait home. Only complaint (and the reason for dropping a star) was the follow-up call shortly after placing the order. This would have been great, and was certainly very friendly, but ultimately it was a hard sell for insurance which I thought was a bit grubby - if I wanted insurance I would have bought it on the website. Other than that, a good experience and I will be using them again.
