I bought a refurbished computer with free antivirus. I picked up the computer shortly after purchase but had to go back for the antivirus software. Whilst I'm very pleased with the computer, it was not all plain sailing as initially, the web cam and microphone didn't work. I traced this to a driver problem and it's now fine. If I'd been aware of the terms and conditions of the antivirus, I wouldn't have gone back for it - Bank details are required.
