“Laptop arrived quickly and without complications, was exactly as described and so far, everything is working perfectly fine. Windows 11 is meh, but that has nothing to do with Laptops direct :) so very happy buying from them (again)”

“They took my order and money on 24/4. Expected delivery was 10/5. I got an email on the 9/5 telling me they are out of stock and would contact me. I reached out to them on the 10/5 for an updated time schedule and I was informed they would get more stock on the 15/5. Now, on the 15/5 and over 20 days of having my money they tell me my order won't be honoured and if I want the computer I will have to pay more. These time wasters gave me no compensation offer, just a refund. Don't even consider using these cowboys”

“Ordered my laptop on Easter Monday evening. When I checked my emails the following morning I had confirmation of despatch and it was delivered that afternoon. I had not paid for next day delivery! Excellent product, price and service. Thank you.”
