“Great price on an older but still very strong spec model, impressed overall, quick delivery and all pretty good packing overall. Outside box had been bumped but nothing on the actual laptop box itself.”

“laptop arrived very quickly...and we are pleased so far. The process of ordering was hampered by the fact that there is NO phone number to talk to staff concerning extras and warranties. Our questions were not answered in a timely manner via the AI BOT...I like to talk to humans. It almost made me go to another supplier however they did not offer the same deal. PLEASE GET A PHONE LINE....”

“Dell Latitude 3510 was supplied very quickly and the price seemed fair. Described as 'excellent condition', it was completely unmarked - just the power supply had one noticeable scratch, which I can live with. Haven't used it yet, it was bought as a present for my wife, but I'm sure it will be fine.”
