I thought £9.99 was a bit steep for next day delivery but the laptop arrived as promised the next day, properly packaged, etc. I was happy with the price paid.
I even got a three year on-site warranty for just £20 extra on the laptop price.
Bizarrely, I also got an email from Laptops Direct to apologise that the warranty would not now be arriving until 13/01/2021 due to circumstances beyond their control. It duly arrived by email about one hour later!
