My order was a Christmas present. Admittedly I ordered quite late (9 Dec) and paid extra for delivery by 23 Dec. Then got a message to say it would be delivered in January. I asked for early delivery fee to be refunded and it was. I suspect there was no way the item was going to be delivered by 23 Dec with covid delivery delays. I then got another email to say it would be delivered in February but before I got chance to contact laptops direct it arrived on 8 January. The recipient is happy with her late pressie and with one thing another I'm not going to make a fuss and would order from here again. Please be honest with customers. We're quite forgiving when told the truth. Keep safe and well.
