UNBELIVABLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Several time customer, always been fine, but wait until you have a problem!
The worst customer experience I have ever encountered - this is the first time I have ever been compelled to write a negative review.
Purchased Epson Ecotank as a xmas present. Faulty, couldnt get past set up. Advised Buy It Direct on 05.01.
13 email exchanges since and still no resolution.
Initially tried to send me to the manufacturer. I advised my contract was with them and my intent was not to envoke to warranty but rather claim a refund or exchange under Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Initially (3 emails) failed to acknowledge content of the emails and prefered to continue to prescribe same - refer to manufacturer.
Then aledgedly escalted to a case manager on 13th Jan- stil waiting for their response???
Attaining any response (even untimely) is frustrating.
Email chain attached!! At the very least should prove embarrassing!
