I purchased a desktop from Laptops Direct. They delivered exactly what was described. Communicated well with me also. The only criticism I can think of is that I asked a tech question after the purchase regarding what upgrades are compatible with what I purchased. It's a SFF and not being brilliant with tech I could have used the advice.
I did receive exactly what I ordered though and before predicted delivery date. Happy with my purchase and would use them again.
