I ordered a mobile phone and was told it would be delivered on the following Tuesday by DVD- it wasn't. On Thursday I emailed and was given a tracking number which proved to be a lie. After another week I emailed again and was told they were out of stock. So I emailed and cancelled my order. Another week went by with no communication from them. I emailed again and received a reply and apologies and that the cancellation would be dealt with quickly. It wasn't. Another week went by and TNT delivered the phone and I received an email to say it was too late to cancel the order as it had been despatched. Meanwhile they had reduced the price by £5. I recommend you don't deal with Laptops Direct.
