Payment online came back as 'ERROR' and was not accepted, so I made an immediate call to Laptops Direct who took the order and payment over the telephone. Checks were made to ensure that the original online payment had not been received and only one order would be processed. The Chromebook arrived the following day, as promised, in perfect condition.
