This phone is great and does everything I could want it to do. Delivery was faster then expected, I had no reason to go back to "Laptops Direct" so cant comment on their customer service. The price of this phone is brilliant and I have recommended this particular model to several friends. The only negative to me was when you think you are paying a certain price and then a delivery charge appears! However I suppose there are no vehicles using free fuel and none of us work for free but I prefer to see delivery charges built into the price. Saying that I am a happy customer overall and would definitely use "Laptops Direct" again.
