I work in the IT industry and do some Purchasing with IT Suppliers, this transaction was i have to say a personal purchase and not for work and i do have a reasonable understanding of what should be expected in terms of SLA's in supply! put it this way they have completely surpassed all my expectations. Laptops Direct put the customer first in every way. other big service providers should come along and be taught how to treat a customer, lets be honest there is a lot who could learn a thing or too from these guys.
