Buyitdirect...just not from them
Bought a monitor online (Lenovo ThinkVision) from Laptops Direct which was delivered within days. This is where the bang stops. The webcam was faulty. Asked for the unit to be picked up and it only took their courier "service" x3 attempts to actually do so, as they couldn't locate an address in W1 (sic !)... 2 weeks later and without even consulting me, they just sent me a refund (- shipping cost) when I had clearly asked them to fix the issue and ship back the unit. Pathetic from start to finish.
