I’ve purchased 8 laptops over the years from LD and it has never been a problem. The last one was a hopeless bit of kit but that’s down to Lenovo not LD. said Lenovo failed and daughter needed AB urgent replacement. Grabbed a Grade A2 refurbished on Thursday after having spoken to the team - paid less than £200 so that daughter can finish her degree. Tech advised to go for A1 or A2 100% and so I picked up a £690 laptop (in 2021) for £190. 6 month warranty. Easy.
