This is the third time I have bought a laptop for my business over the last 5 years and the delivery has been excellent on each occasion. I would just say that the free postage voucher code which is acknowledged on my invoice was not actually deducted so I ended up paying for carriage which was a tiny fraction of the laptop price so not a major concern. It was a little strange that the voucher was accepted but not deducted. Perhaps I misunderstood the offer.
