Ok, sounds silly but I managed to order a ultrawide monitor that wasn't suited to my needs! My fault entirely, yet Laptops authorised the return, and after a couple of hiccups got it collected (special thanks to Lynsey Higgins for sorting the collection problems) and I have received a full refund. Sorry to have troubled you guys, excellent service all round, and I promise I will be more careful next time!
