Awesome customer service w/ full tech support! As I received both for my Acer Nitro 5 laptop which was replaced w/ a slightly different model build to my original laptop w/in 30 days of my original order, due to a fault w/ the laptop's battery not retaining it's charge! My replacement Acer Nitro 5 w/ a slightly different model build works fine w/ no issues to report @ all!
