Delivery was Ok. However computer developed a minor fault (2 keys not working) and we sent it back for the 'ucover' service (laptops directs own warrantee service) to repair - has currently taken over six weeks and despite numerous calls to them (we have had no outward communication from them) we are still waiting on a part with no expected date for the repair to be completed and no efforts by them to sort things out - far from idea given this is a child's school computer and mid GCSEs.
Dont use this 'service'. I do not recommend them.
