Ordered a camera from laptopsdirect on the 2nd of April, should have been delivered on the 25th of April (quite a long time, huh?). On the 22nd of April I received an email from them telling me they no longer have that particular camera in stock and they would call me to arrange a refund or choose an alternative product. I waited 3 days, they never called me, I called them to request a refund (13p/min), the lady over the phone was extremely bored, not too helpful. I got the refund in 7 days, on their website it says 3-5 days.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
