I cannot fault Laptops Direct in the way it performed with my order. I placed it on a Tuesday with requested delivery on Thursday, two days later. The order would actually have been delivered on Wednesday had I not been out that day. It was delivered on the Thursday. The product itself was as ordered and in excellent condition. This is excellent customer service.
